  • 8 whole unpeeled shrimp
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 piece of chorizo, diced
  • 1 red pepper, peeled and diced
  • 1 green jalapeno pepper
  • 3 tsp. pimentos del piquillos puree or tomato puree
  • 1 clove of peeled garlic
  • 450g arborio rice or bomba rice
  • saffron powder or pistil
  • cube broth or shellfish broth or vegetable broth
  • 5cl white wine
  • olive oil

  • 1 wide sautoir + 1 spatula
