How to make a cake without fat?

Eliminate butter in cakes? It’s easy ! There is a proven trick that will certainly surprise you, to replace the butter in cakes such as chocolate fluff for example. It’s zucchini! No doubt you never imagined putting this in a chocolate cake, but it is very effective!

The trick is to grate the zucchini and add it to the initial preparation consisting of 100 g of flour, three eggs, 100 g of sugar, half a sachet of yeast and 200 g of chocolate. In practice, melt your chocolate in a double boiler and take the opportunity to wash a zucchini, peel and finely grate it. Mix the sugar and the eggs and add the zucchini then the melted chocolate. Whisk vigorously then add the flour, baking powder and a touch of salt. Mix again and put your preparation in a mold. Cook for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 ° C. During baking, the zucchini will allow to bind the cake and give it an airy consistency without changing the taste.

Fat free yogurt cake: the right recipe

You can also use very little fat by making a white cheesecake with 0% fat. Plus, with our tips and mistakes not to make when baking a cake, you’re sure to succeed every time.

As for the recipe itself, use 500 g of fromage blanc, 100 g of sugar, 90 g of flour, 3 eggs and the zest of a lemon. Preheat your oven to 180 ° C and mix 140 g of flour, a sachet of yeast and 60 g of almond powder. The recipe for fat-free and egg-free cake for intolerant people

  • two very ripe bananas;
  • 100 g of applesauce;
  • 50 g oatmeal;
  • 100g of flour ;
  • 20 g of cornstarch;
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast.

Start by mashing the bananas with a fork and then add the other ingredients in order, one at a time. Make a dozen small piles with the resulting dough and place them on a sheet of baking paper. Express, our fat-free Thermomix® cake

It is also very easy to prepare an apple cake without fat with a Thermomix®. While you preheat your oven to 190 ° C, put two eggs and a sachet of vanilla sugar in the bowl and whisk the mixture on speed 4 for 2 minutes. While letting the whisk run, gradually add 6 level tablespoons of flour (rice flour for gluten intolerant), two tablespoons of almond powder and a good teaspoon of baking powder.
