“Everyone in the kitchen” with Cyril Lignac from Friday May 22, 2020: recipes, ingredients and utensils

To not miss anything from chef Cyril Lignac’s recipes, find the list of ingredients and utensils to make the recipes of the week from May 18 to 22. On the menu: spicy guacamole, noodle broth or an iced smoothie. And this Friday, May 22, coconut curry shrimp! Enjoy your meal !

Deconfinement or not, Cyril Lignac gives an appointment to amateur cooks every evening of the week, from 6.45 p.m. to make gourmet dishes that are easy to make. To best prepare you to follow the program All in the kitchen, the chef revealed all the necessary ingredients to make different dishes. On the program of this new gourmet week, only good things in season. Between a spicy guacamole, a risotto with green asparagus and orange, or a marinated salmon, there will be something for everyone. Monday May 18, 2020, the show will have as guest the host and singer Marianne James ! Tuesday May 19, Cyril Lignac will welcome the actors Michaël Gregorio and Déborah François. Wednesday May 20, it’s the turn of host Stéphane Rotenberg to show off his cooking skills.


Friday May 22: Coconut curry shrimps and palm trees

THE CURRY COCO SHRIMP RECIPE BY CYRIL LIGNAC

The ingredients for 4 people :

  • 500 g raw prawns, peeled, peeled
  • 1 peeled and chopped onion
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled and degermed
  • 1 tomato, washed and diced
  • 20 cl coconut milk
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 3 bay leaves
  • ½ cinnamon stick
  • 4 pieces of green cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric and curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • A few coriander leaves
  • Grapeseed oil or olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

On the utensil side, you need a dish, a casserole dish and a spatula.

THE PALM TREE RECIPE OF CYRIL LIGNAC

The ingredients for 4 people :

  • 1 roll of puff pastry (16 to 17 pieces)
  • 50 g sugar
  • Choice of flavor: cinnamon powder / 1 vanilla pod / tonka bean / anise powder

Side utensils, you need a dish a knife and a non-stick plate.

Monday, May 18: Spicy guacamole and noodle, egg and bacon broth

The ingredients for 4 people

  • 200 g avocado
  • 100 g frozen peas
  • 10 g washed and dried coriander leaves
  • 9 g Espelette pepper
  • 1 whole lime zest
  • 40 g lime juice
  • Green tabasco
  • Tacos or tortillas chips (optional)
  • Sunflower and squash seeds
  • Fine salt and freshly ground pepper

On the utensil side, you need a blender and a maryse.

The ingredients for 4 people :

  • 4 slices of peasant bacon, 1 cm thick
  • 240 g wheat noodles or spaghettini for 4 people
  • 200 g shiitake or button mushrooms, washed and cut in escalope
  • 10 cl of cube broth
  • 40 g rice vinegar
  • 40 g white wine
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 240 g soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon peeled and chopped ginger
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and degermed
  • 3 new onions, washed and thinly sliced
  • 4 eggs
  • Olive oil
  • Fine salt and freshly ground pepper

On the utensil side, you need a saucepan, a whisk, a skimmer, two salad bowls, a frying pan, tongs, dough tongs, a board, a knife.

Tuesday, May 19: Risotto with green asparagus with orange, marinated salmon and frozen banana-strawberry smoothie

The ingredients for 4 people :

  • 300 g arborio or carnaroli rice
  • 1 chopped onion or 1 chopped shallot
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and degermed
  • 80 g butter
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 1.4 liters of cubic broth
  • 1 block of 300 g raw salmon cut into small cubes
  • 8 green asparagus (cut off the tail and remove the leaves from the stems)
  • 100 g grated parmesan
  • Olive oil
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 lemon
  • Fine salt
  • ¼ bunch of coriander

On the utensil side, you need a frying pan, a spatula, a saucepan, a ladle, a tablespoon, a salad bowl and a tablespoon.

The ingredients for 4 people :

  • 2 fresh frozen bananas
  • 150 g fresh strawberries, washed, hulled and frozen
  • 20 cl cold coconut milk or pomegranate juice
  • 1 banana
  • 12 strawberries
  • 12 raspberries
  • 4 tablespoons homemade or purchased granola

Wednesday, May 20: Chicken nuggets with barbecue sauce, paprika crisps

THE RECIPE FOR CHICKEN NUGGETS, BARBECUE SAUCE, CHRIPS WITH CYRIL LIGNAC PAPRIKA

The ingredients for 4 people :

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 100g of flour
  • 3 egg whites
  • 100 g mashed muslin flakes
  • 4 bintje potatoes
  • Paprika powder
  • ¼ white cabbage, grated or finely chopped
  • 1 carrot, peeled and grated
  • 1 new onion, washed and thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon of wine vinegar
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 50 g homemade mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons of mustard
  • 150 g ketchup
  • 150 g of water
  • 60 g brown sugar
  • 30 g white balsamic vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • 1 onion, peeled and mashed
  • 2 g red Tabasco
  • Sunflower frying oil / olive oil
  • Fine salt and freshly ground pepper

On the utensil side, you need a casserole dish, a spatula, a lid, a saucepan (fryer), a skimmer, a plate with absorbent paper, a peeler or mandolin, three soup plates, a salad bowl, a spoon.

Thursday May 21: Melon in salad and stuffed tomatoes

THE MELON RECIPE IN SALAD BY CYRIL LIGNAC

The ingredients for 4 people :

  • 1 melon
  • 1 heart of lettuce
  • 1 small handful of roasted and salted crushed peanuts
  • 50 g sherry vinegar
  • 100 g olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of hazelnut or walnut or rapeseed oil
  • Fleur de sel and freshly ground pepper

Side utensils, you need a board, a slicing knife, a spoon, a salad bowl, a whisk, a dish.

CYRIL LIGNAC STUFFED TOMATOES RECIPE

The ingredients for 4 people :

  • 4 large tomatoes or 8 medium tomatoes
  • ½ bunch flat leaf parsley, washed and chopped
  • 1 chopped onion
  • Sausage meat or ground beef
  • 200 g tomato sauce
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 20 g butter
  • Bread crumbs
  • Olive oil
  • Fine salt and freshly ground pepper / coarse salt
