It's so simple. "Meal preparation recipes" are just recipes designed to be prepared in advance in one batch. You cook once, then prepare healthy breakfasts, lunches and dinners for most of the week. Who says waffles are just for the weekend? The recipes below are designed to be prepared on Sunday and then consumed from Monday to Thursday, the busiest part of the week. Do your shopping on Saturday or early Sunday, and then spend Sunday afternoon or evening cooking and packing your food (allow 1 to 2 hours in the kitchen). These recipes will bring you four portions each.

But what if you do not want to prepare ALL your meals?

You do not have to! This plan is totally flexible according to your personal needs and goals. Some of my clients have no problem preparing their breakfast every morning, but have trouble with lunch and dinner; others are pros to prepare a lunch, but do not get rid of the usual sandwiches at breakfast.

I have designed the meal preparation function to help you achieve three goals:

As you can see, weight loss is not on this list. That said, if you rarely cook now and your current diet consists of a large amount of fast foods, frozen dinners and packaged snacks, following this plan can actually help you lose a few pounds. The preparation of meals consists of saving time and having appropriate cooking tools. meal preparation containers ready to go is the key to achieving this.
