Whole30 Double Burger Recipe To The Animal (Without Cheese)

(4 portions)ingredients: Caramelized Onions (Makes 1 cup):

  • 5 cups sweetened diced Vidalia onion (about 5 small onions)
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons grape seed oil
  • 1 teaspoon of kosher salt
  • Special Sauce (Makes 1 1/2 cups):

  • 1 cup paleo mayonnaise, such as Primal Kitchen
  • 1/2 cup of paleo ketchup, like the Primal Kitchen brand
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup of sugar-free dill relish
  • 2 tablespoons sweet grated Vidalia onion
  • 1 tablespoon of Valentina hot sauce (or to taste) or another spicy sauce without sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of kosher salt
  • freshly ground pepper

  • 2 pounds of ground beef, formed into ultra-thin patties of 8 lb / ft (we used 85 percent lean)
  • 8 teaspoons of sugar-free yellow mustard, like the French brand
  • Iceberg lettuce in the head, outer leaves only (2-3 per hamburger)
  • 1 tomato steak, cut into 1/4 inch slices of thickness
  • 1 small white onion, sliced ​​1/4 inch thick
