What to do with stale bread?

And speaking of mixer, it is your best ally to achieve a homemade breadcrumbs in a few minutes flat. For better conservation, dry your bread in the oven at low temperature (100 ° C) for around thirty minutes. When it has cooled, mix it and keep it in a jar for up to three months. You can also flavor this breadcrumbs with some dried Provence herbs: delicious with chicken.
To make croutons, cut the dry bread into small dice: to integrate into a salad or sprinkle on soup. For a gourmet version, brown your bread croutons in a pan with a little oil. You can also rub them in garlic, sprinkle them with a drizzle of olive oil and place them in the hot oven for 5-6 min.
