For 4 people, 100 g cooked ham from the South West, 200 g potato, 3 eggs, 100 g flour, 100 g breadcrumbs, 100 g grated emmental cheese, Salt / pepper.

Dip them in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs.

Dip them again in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs. Book. Immerse them in the hot frying bath for a few minutes until they are golden. Drain on paper towels and keep the croquettes warm until ready to serve.

Pizza flower

Ingredients. A pizza dough, 10 cl of tomato sauce, 100 g of ground beef, 3 cl of olive oil, 50 g of grated emmental cheese: 50 g, salad, cherry tomatoes if you have it.

Preparation. Roll out the dough very finely using a rolling pin and flour. Spread the dough with the tomato sauce and add the grated cheese and then the minced meat. Put the oven to preheat at 180 ° C for 10 minutes. Then roll the dough on itself, tightening well. With a knife, cut the roll into not too thick slices. Place them on a baking sheet and bake them. At the end of cooking, add grated emmental cheese to the pizza and place the oven in the grill position for 5 minutes. Place the flower-shaped slices on a bed of salad, then add some cherry tomatoes.
